Locked out with Pin and Not Able to join Beta

I was locked out and I reinstalled the android pie because I have that only option .Now In Samsung members app I can see my beta registration is withdrawn but I can see a withdraw button still .what should I do get back to beta?

pravs10, how did you reset to PIE as to swtich off it asks for the pin rite

connect to power and hold the volume up+bixby+power button to make to boot in safe mode.Then in safe mode hold Power button to switch off
