NEW: Okay I see that it is available in Note 8 so might soon arrive to others too. But I still feel that Smart orientation lock from Sony is a useful feature which Samsung can easily provide us as it already has smart stay which uses front camera.
OLD: Isn't it ridiculous that we cannot lock the screen orientation in landscape mode?
I usually read books, articles and browse internet in landscape mode. While doing it, if I lay on my side and the screen turns. It is very annoying.
Samsung, please give an option to lock the screen rotation in landscape mode. You can also provide smart orientation lock like Sony which locks the screen depending upon the eyes of the user, no matter what the screen orientation is.

Damn, beat me to it. Thanks. However, they can still give us the smart orientation lock from Sony I guess. Your thoughts?

Not sure. Samsung isn't putting in features like eye detection on its phones anymore. Even Smart Stay is disabled by default these days.

That's sad. I really like those features.
