Light mode notification panel issues

I am experiencing an issue with light and dark modes on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra following the One UI 7 update. The notification panel and lock screen are displaying in dark mode, even when light mode is selected. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Maybe problem with your theme or something

I haven't touched the theme settings, and I didn't customize anything.

Slight but noticeable difference is there..

I see no difference on dark and light mode except the boundaries.

You can try change your wallpaper to some light background, then the difference is more noticeable.
