The S25 is rumored to have a larger screen, significant improvements in camera, chipset, AI, and battery, and may use Qualcomm chips or Exynos. But it's quite expected that samsung may shift from Qualcomm to exynos to decrease the price range to make it affordable at a lower price than it's competitors to grab the market.
The S25 Ultra may have a new 200MP main camera, improved 50MP ultra-wide camera, and 50MP telephoto cameras.The S25 is also rumored to have bigger batteries than its predecessors.
Expected to be released in early 2025, with a reveal event in January 2025 and a release in early February 2025. This is in line with Samsung's trend of releasing one phone every year, similar to the S23 in 2023 & S24 in 2024 .
