Landscape issue in s23fe

When I try to rotate the screen in landscape mode. It is not working, when i go to settings I am unable to on this setting. How to fix this?

Bro f55 has a older version of one ui, that's why the animation is different. Nothing else

No bro...see other devices also in youtube like s23. Search face unlock setup in s23 or other...all of them have that.
