Battery backup depends on your usage and environment.
1. If you use Instagram for more than 1 hour, then 6.5 to 7 hours of SOT.
2. If you use only calls, messages, WhatsApp, X, and YouTube, then 7.5 to 8 hours.

Simply, Instagram uses too much battery. 🥲
I didn't play game so I can't tell about that.
