Jitter during amazon prime video playback in S23

Hi, 

I am experiencing jitter during 1080p video playback in Amazon Prime videos. If anyone have any solution for this please share.

Uninstall the current Prime video app and then download it from galaxy store. It might solve the issue

Please update to the latest version of the app or download apk from a trusted source and update. The issue is because Prime video is not being identified as a Video playback service and the refresh rate goes to 24hz or below. For smooth video playback, atleast 30HZ refresh rate is recommended.

I bought this S23 2 months back and since then I am facing three problem, I always download apps from play store or galaxy store. My apps are up to date still.....

Your this observation may be right,,,because I have s20 fe 5g and tab a8 as well but those devices don't have any problem like this...

Actually personal experience. Had the same issue. Reinstalled prime video from galaxy store and playstore. Still it was the same. Finally uninstalled completely and installed the latest apk from a trusted source in internet. The issue was solved. You can on the refresh rate option from developer menu to verify if the refresh rate going down more than normal.

I am also facing this issue. It's a bug. Don't do anything. It will be resolved after next application updates.

Same here..... seems a huge amount of work for the devs to make it possible to watch videos on a 1000$ smartphones
