Jio True5G not working in S23 Ultra

I'm unable to get Jio 5G in my S23 Ultra. I haven't received the network settings from Jio upon inserting SIM. Got it for Airtel instead and works fine. Jio just uses 4G+ in my device instead of 5G.

Anyone else with this issue? I'm using OneUI 6.0 as of now. I have tried Resetting Network settings as well as did a factory reset too. Still doesn't work.

The phone is Indian variant to confirm!

Update: Got it fixed after I raised a service request with Jio.

Open my jio app activate 5g there then go to settings and change network to 5G

Where can I find this Option to Activate 5G? I do remember I have did this once with my SIM on another device, but now I can't find this option anywhere.

Upen app and beside the active plan u will see 5g

Yeah bcz this plan doesn't have 5g unlimited u have to check and recharge for 5g

Post this I tried Factory Reset as well, but to no good
