Jio 5g update on overseas unlocked devices

Hey @samsung when are you going to provide the update on 5g in us unlocked model's. If this devices are budget devices no one will cares but we are getting top end devices by paying thousands of dollars to get flagship experience though we are facing some issues like jio 5g is not supporting. where other devices like apple is supporting jio 5g in their base models in us unlocked mobiles. Do you think this is acceptable. I'm not the only one who are facing this issues there so many people like me please go through the samsung community. if you don't provide any update i will definitely exchange my s24 ultra with some apple device and i will make my friends and family members to switch from samsung to apple and won't regret on this. Hope you understand the situation and will provide some update.

was you phone really unlocked regardless of all carriers when you purchase a US variant?

Yes.....if it is not a carrier unlocked then how come jio 4g is working and airtel 5g is working.

first of all Airtel 5g is still not fully on standalone bands unlike jio
the second thing is when i bought a 12 pro years ago i specifically checked it for all carriers unlocked before buying
not all iphones and samsung are unlocked to be working with all bands in different countries
if you bought an iPhone from a store in us often time you need to check whether all those bands (13 or 15 bands in total maybe) are Fully unlocked and not bound
and if it is bound then Apple or samsung doesn't provide specific update for those devices if you travel from countries and change carriers to work with

Then in that case they need to clearly mention that it is country carrier unlocked device they didn't mentioned it anywhere. They can unlock the bands which are required for jio through update. there are so many people like me who are facing the same issue why don't they give a update.

Ok buy iPhone you not qualify to use samsung 😂😂😂 jio 5g not working I think you play with samsung settings I have samsung a34 5g there jio 5g work and my friends have samsungs 5g phone they also use jio 5g and enjoy

It's not something that can be unlocked with a software update. It's a hardware limitation.
