Although I am using S21FE with One UI 5 but still, I am getting this from my jio app while checking my device's 5G compatibility... Please help....

I've tried airtel Sim card, it is connecting to 5G network, but Jio isn't. I think since Jio's introductory offer is free...they're slow in enabling devices. I've seen this in other phone brands as well, my cousin and his wife both have Vivo X60 pro. On one phone Jio 5G is enabled but not on the other.

I just put my dad's 5g activated jio Sim (from A52s) in my S20fe and the 5G is working on my phone. Also I noticed on My Jio app S20fe is shown as a non-5G device, I believe their system is getting confused between S20fe 5g and 4G variants, hence not enabling 5G offer. Now I'm exoerimenting to activate 5G on my Sim using my dad's phone, once activated I'll put it back in S20 fe...I'm pretty sure it'd work.Screenshot_20221218_233801_Speedtest.jpg

 i too have the same problem in my samsung A53 5g to experience 5g i ported from vi to jio but now 🤧🤧🤧
