@Samsung Support Team,

This is not the solution. As per Sumsung service center they are installing/updating the firmware of the Indian device. As per Sumsung the Device should be working with 5G for any country. Please update the OS or Network issue on the device. There is nothing wrong with the Jio or Airtel. 
If we visit the Samsung store in India for the global device they are taking charges to check phone and if required update.

Yeah. My s23u is canada made n Jio 5g is not working. Airtel 5g works perfectly. I am thinking about porting to airtel. I am not sure flashing the device with indian os like someone suggested above will work or not

 i have bought samsung galaxy a145g from uae but its showing that your device is not compatible for 5g and get a 5g device #samsung
