It does not want to update

I bought this phone recently brand new S20 fe 4g ,when i try to update it i get this message

 what should i do

Some system files got modified
Either a language been added or root operation has been attempted

If you have a usa model try to take the Sim card first and try

Connect to pc and use smart switch 💯

I took the sim card out it did not work

Also i tried smart switch with the pc and i got this

This is an update for smart switch itself

It's OK update then connect your phone

smart switch is not giving me the update function

This is happening because the system files are modified and you are restricted to software update if it is carrier locked remove sim if same message then visit samsung to get checked

can i fix it with smart switch ?

because in algeria there is no samsung service center
