Request for Support with Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Dear Samsung Team,

I would like to request your support in resolving an issue I have been facing with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra I was advised to try a Samsung device, and after more than 12 years of using Apple products, I decided to switch. I purchased my Galaxy S23 Ultra from Noon online. However, after some time, I discovered that the device does not support the region I am in, which is the United Arab Emirates.This has been very surprising and frustrating for me. How is it possible that Samsung devices are not supported globally? Currently, I am unable to update my device to the latest software, nor even the previous version. I am stuck with an old software version One UI 6.1, and I also cannot download Samsung Wallet.I feel this is unfair, especially after making the switch from iPhone and investing in a Samsung device. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Sad to read about your issue.

But when you are buying such flagship, expensive devices ,you should check IF it is official country device.
In UAE only TRA approved phones are official.
You didn't bother to check it and now blaming Samsung.

Also if you do search , there are ways to change region code of phone but that's on your own risk.
