Issues in S23 after 6.1.1 update

Here are a couple of issues I've encountered on my S23 after the 6.1.1 update:

1.  No Voice Focus in Work Profile: Before the update, the Teams app in the work profile offered voice focus options similar to other calling apps. Now, there's no voice focus feature, which leads to excessive background noise during calls.
2. Contact Picture Issues: The profile card image for contacts isn’t displaying correctly. While the uncropped section looks fine, the cropped section is overly blurry and zoomed in. The s23 has the cropped display, not the square display. Is there a way to disable this feature and revert to the original background image? The previous setup was much better.

To give a clear picture:

This image was set before the update. This is the background image.

Now if I want to set the same image after the update, i get the option of profile card which looks like 

 This is way too zoomed in. The right square image wil never be applicable on my phone since i have s23. The left one is way too zoomed in. It's even more worst if u have two people a bit far apart in the picture.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Please go to Samsung Members App main page, click support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system after send error report immediately but don't close Samsung Members App during this process till complete. Bro, how was the UI experience? Was all good?

Yeah, the UI is good and the new features are great. But the contact pictures are messed up. My family photos are super zoomed in and blurry when they call.

Are there any green lines on the screen or heating issues?

No green line issue on my phone and no heating issue too but the battery life is reduced. I am getting less battery life than before. It is draining like crazy. I even tried the partition wipe thing but to no avail

As for voice focus you can get it after expanding notification bar when on call.
