Issues after September update. S20 plus #Greenline battery drain

After updating the September update a green line appeared on the screen. Phone used to get heated up after simple social media use. Hence resulting in battery drain. Upon visiting the service center they agreed to replace the screen after a lot of deliberation. Had to deposite the phone at service center.  After 7 days got my phone back withe replaced screen.  But still the heating and battery drain issue persists. What to do now?
