Issue with software updation

 I am a user of Samsung galaxy s20 fe 5g. Which is bought from dubai and now using in india.The phone is still running under android 10 and one UI version 2.5. when I try to update software it shows software is upto date. What is the problem with it?

 Can someone please help me.

No,there is no country lock when i use in india.

i think it is working with UAE version software not the indian.You cant get updation for uae version in india.so thats why always showing up to date. Also just ask samsung authorised service center .some times they can help you .

S20fe 5g come with Android 11

It comes with android 10 and ui 2.5

Try updating through a pc using Samsung Smartswitch application.
