In OneUI 4.0, with the Work Profile enabled, many apps fail to get installed or updated outside of the work profile too. This issue occurs only after upgrading to OneUI 4.0 only. Deleting the work profile lets you install the apps. This issue happens both with S20 and S10e.

This is not a beta version. I have a regular version and got the update automatically via OTA.

Work profile is typically enabled by following steps shared by the employer. Usually Microsoft Office 365 is installed.

here is the fix : alert read full steps.
1.open settings app and clear the cache and data of playstore.
2. disabled playstore.
3. restart phone.
4. open settings>apps> search for playstore and enable it.

issue will be fixed. if you got solution tap on 3 dots and accept as a solution. enjoy !

I actually tried these steps but did not work on my phone until I deleted the work profile. Even reset did not work.

yes ... but... on 4th feb google fixed it.. so just try those again even with work profile.. we buy phone for everything why to sacrifice work profile ... a smart phone is smart because it has to do everything seamless

Pls try resetting your device because sometimes update is not installed properly so this happens
