Unable to install any new applications or update the existing ones on my S22. Any idea how to resolve this?

Please Try These Solutions;

1. Clear Play Store and Play Services Cache:

Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage.
Select Clear Cache and Clear Data.
Repeat the same for Google Play Services.



2. Check Storage:

Ensure that your phone has enough storage space to install new apps. Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Storage and manage files if needed.



3. Update Play Store:

Open Google Play Store, tap the profile icon, and go to Settings > About. Update the Play Store if necessary.

Facing this issue since a month. Exisitng Apps wont update and new apps install also. Tried above methods various times but no use.

If you install an app from the galaxy store then update it from galaxy store only it will not update from play store or vise versa

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

● Settings> apps > play store > storage > clear cache.

● Setting >Network preference > auto update apps > Turn on Don't auto update apps.

● Kindly try to update/ install the app by following the given steps.
1) Open the Google Play Store app Google Play.
2) At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3) Tap Settings and then About and then Play Store version.
4) You’ll get a message that tells you if the Play Store is up to date. Tap Got it.
If an update is available, it will automatically download and install in a few minutes.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open the Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select Error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Yes, same issue. Samsung unable to resolve it. Happened after one UI 6.1.1 update.
