Issue with Green Line After Software Update

Dear Samsung Support Team,

I updated my Samsung S22 Ultra on January 6th, and after the update, a green line appeared on my phone screen. My device is out of warranty, so I visited your service center and created a job sheet, but my request was rejected.

I am now regretting my decision to purchase a Samsung device. I paid ₹1.2 lakhs, and this is the kind of service I am receiving. The service center is asking for ₹14,000 to replace the display, but why should I bear the cost when the issue was caused by your update?

I have learned that Samsung has a policy of covering horizontal lines, but not vertical ones. Could you please provide the official policy document where this is mentioned? I would appreciate a resolution to this issue at the earliest.

I came across a post here where a member is urging others who have been denied service by Samsung to come forward. He is planning to file a group complaint, which would likely be more impactful and effective.
