Issue of security patche update

Hi I am a s21fe snapdragon 888 user from India. I am not getting any security patch since March 2024. Currently running on One ui 6.0. If there is a problem in my device only???. Suggest me if there is a way to fix it. 

Please suggest me a valid solution.

Please visit a nearby service center for a software update. Subsequent updates will then be applied automatically upon release.
