Issue of security patche update

Hi I am a s21fe snapdragon 888 user from India. I am not getting any security patch since March 2024. Currently running on One ui 6.0. If there is a problem in my device only???. Suggest me if there is a way to fix it. 

Please suggest me a valid solution.

Currently S21 FE SD 888 is running on One UI 6.1 with January security update, you should consider factory resetting your device (make sure to backup first) so your problem would be fixed.

I have factory reset my phone still the same

Just make sure to backup on Samsung cloud and all set.
