Actually I'm havingSamsung S20fe 5g which was released october2021 in India.As per samsung promises they must offer 3years android update.But in the list this model is not available.I've bought this mobile for 30 k and how could they do like this. Also this mobile is released twice in India, one is the 4G version and another 5g version.The 5g version was released in 2021 while the 4G version is 2020.Samsung promised that they will give android updates for 3 years from the day of release of a model but I guess they are considering the 4G model.But why....Isn't it their job to give the customer what they assure.
Actually samsung launched both 4g(exynos) and 5g( snapdragon) version globaly at the same time. Wheather its launched in india after 1 year. It does'nt matter. Actually i have s21fe snapdragon version launched with android 13 but it will receive updates till android 16 only not 17 . Because s21fe launched globaly with android 12 not 13🙂
