Is there any stable One UI 8 update released for Beta users on S25?

How can I even do that, there is no option like that in my smart switch to downgrade

Smartwitch on pc right side 3dot there emergency software recovery do that.

And if I revert back to 7 will i get the normal update or not? Cause I read somewhere that samsung doesn't provide update to roll back device cause they already "had" one ui 8 and android 16

Do one thing download your correct firmware from samfw and flash with odin. See YouTube for guideline

Also it shows "this is a beta software" whenever I restart my phone, will it be change too if I download firmware and install? Will it change my build number?
