Is s22 plus better than s21 fe?

I just wanted to ask someone's opinion if I better to stay with my s21 fe exynos 2100 version or should I upgrade to s22 plus exynos 2200 version. Cause UAE only have the exynos variant and I don't know where to find the snapdragon version.

starting from S22 , UAE has Snapdragon variant. There is no exynos variant in S22 in UAE. Exynos is only for Europe.
