Is it safe to buy smartphone from samsung shop app?

Hi, actually I am planning to buy a smartphone from samsung shop app because of the offere they provide. Can anyone tell me whether its safe or not?

Whatever others say, I don't think it's safe, though. Because last month, I ordered a 25w adaptor from Samsung shop and faced a lot of problems with the delivery process so much that I had to cancel my order.

Buy from Amazon, They will provide you 7 days replacement policy for hardware defect.
Record video of that product from the delivery boy handed over to you till you completely unboxes the phone and check the IMEI number is same or not as a proof.
Samsung Shop return policy is very bad .

Better to go offline for samsung for better deals check it once in offline
