Hello,

I have samsung galaxy s8. My oris scanner is not working. It says i may want to restart my phone. Please help. 

Also, when i go into the menu *#0*#, i select iris scan it does not work. Another thing which does not work for me is front camera test. It says failed. But, normally i do take selfies from my phone. 

Please help.

the iris scanner comes online for 1 or 2 secs and than says it stopped working. it registers 66 percent of my iris and than stops.
