Internet toggle [Important]

so guys this is an important thing im using samsung s20 at&t model in india and as u guys know that there is no toggle for internet on notification panel so is there is any way to turn on internet with ease without going to settings>connection>mobile networks its so annoying sometimes 

the thing is that my dad is going to use this phone 📱 in about two weeks and it will be harder for him to do that things again and again
