The Galaxy S22 could be unveiled in February 2022, but most of the features and specifications of the smartphone series have already been leaked. There has been a lot of interest around the Exynos 2200 processor which will debut with the Galaxy S22 series. However, it was being reported that only a few markets will get the Exynos variant, while others will get the Snapdragon variant.

According to a recent listing of the Galaxy S22 Ultra on Geekbench, the international variant of the smartphone (SM-S908B) will come equipped with the Exynos 2200 processor (S5E9925). The device is running Android 12 out of the box and has 8GB of RAM. The smartphone scored 691 points in the Geekbench 5’s single-core test and 3,167 points in the multi-core test.

Since both the Galaxy S20 Ultra and the Galaxy S21 Ultra come with at least 12GB RAM, it is possible that Samsung could be testing prototype versions of the smartphones. The company might not actually end up releasing an 8GB RAM variant of the Galaxy S22 Ultra. It will most probably feature 12GB or 16GB of RAM.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.8-inch Super AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an S Pen. It has a 40MP selfie camera and a 108MP+12MP+10MP+10MP rear-facing camera setup. It will come in Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 898 variants and have at least 128GB storage. It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and could support 45W fast charging.
