Galaxy S
Greetings,
It's been a long time since OneUI 4.1 came out for Galaxy S21 Ultra but still there has been no integration of Ultrawide, 3x and 10x periscope camera for third party apps like Snapchat, Instagram, etc.
Looking forward to getting this feature in upcoming patch.
(I am assuming that developers take feedbacks from these community posts)
Cheers

It is not up to Samsung developers for camera integration.
The camera module is decided by software developers of particular software that they want to use inbuilt camera API or use their camera

Samsung paid them money so that they integrate the native camera API in their apps for S 22 for its marketing.

Apple has deep integration with apps because they have limited no. of models not more than 20.
A big company can optimize its apps for 20 devices.
In the case of android, many models from different vendors are launched monthly so they create a version that should work fine on all the models.
But 1 year back I saw an android SDK(In android developer documentation) with the help of which we could use the native camera in apps(Telegram X has that option too). So it's quite possible in the future it will surely come.

No but for the flagships atleast, we should expect manufacturers like samsung to collaborate with the app manufacturers.
