Instagram problem

Hello everyone 

I have facing a problem for few days on my instagram and gallery everytime when i take any pictures by using instagram camrea app amd try to save it it won't happing in my gallery its showing files format not supported and some time its show photos bt showing this error problem

* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application: Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.

I am facing problem to share photo that taken from camera but it not share this errors shown in picture

Hello Samsung,

Every time I click a picture using the default camera this shows for the picture. But Snapchat or instagram cameras work fine and normal. This issue has to be fixed. The model is A23. What to I have to do. I've tried enabling the MTP application and host becaz someone said that might work. So resolve this issue asap.
