So i am trying to locate the cutout option in Instagram but not able to find it in my s25ultra have tried everything available on the internet as troubleshooting, the only way that i can see that option is when i uninstall and reinstall there comes a popup of cutouts but not after that, would you know how to solve for it ?
This is available on older android devices and iphone 15,14 etc in my locality
Things i have tried so far as troubleshooting:
Uninstall and reinstall
Clear cache
Clear complete data
Upgrade to latest version
Restart device
Create a new account on insta to check if it has option
