Image/lense shift issue in S24 Ultra

In my unit there are image/lense shift issue 3x to 5x and vice versa while taking closer shot. On contacting customer support from samsung they advice me to go to service centre for physical inspection. In service center they declare that this is a feature not an issue. When I insist them, they kept my phone for further examination. They again deny that this is an issue. Person from customer service (my case was referred to him) tried to convince me that this is not an issue and told me that their technical team has rectify and this will be solved with upcoming software update and closed my case. Today my device got software update but the issue is not resolved by samsung. It is my humble request to samsung please solve this issue as we have paid ultra premium amount for premium experience and this is not a premium (weird) experience. It is also remember that some user got replacement unit against the same issue.

Not just 3x or 5x, try slight slide from 2x to 2.2 you will feel slight image shifting, also major difference between 5x - 9.9x to 10x you will see a major image quality issues..
