So, I generally use my phone a bit roughly but never dropped nor liquid damage is present,
But after the recent update when suddenly the green line came I went to the service center hoping for a free screen replacement but they rejected the same saying back scratches, I tried to explain these scratches are present for last 2 years and how can a update cause green line for multiple users but for my device the reason is different! 
Till now customer care physical service center no one ready to listen,

Also, email it to the Samsung India CEO.

Your device is eligible to get a free screen replacement.

Send an email to Samsung ceo desk
They will help you out with the issue
Be adamant to them and send them proofs that this is a common issue in Samsung smartphones after recent updates

I'm also facing same issues on my galaxy a73 5g pink line issue and I lodge a complaint In consumer court now they're telling goto service center they'll inspection ur device
