Two days ago, I updated my Galaxy S23 Ultra, and after the restart, it got one green line. Then I went to the authorized service center. There, I received bad service; they didn't even touch or check my phone, then said they could not do anything about it. And also, they say Samsung is not doing anything about this. They are saying that I should pay about 20,000 for the screen replacement. I didn't expect such a negative impact from Samsung.

Certainly, you should proceed with that. However, first, consider escalating the matter to the Service Head or the CEO Helpdesk team, referencing your job sheet number. Even if a free replacement is not approved, obtaining a written response denying the free service will strengthen your case for any further actions you decide to take.
