I had joined the Beta program and was my phone is runningbthe Beta version of ONE UI 8. I have since left the Beta program. I tried to downgrade to One UI 7 but failed and now my concern is that will my phone get the office One UI 8 version being release soon? Please advise!

You won't get it. You need to wait for all beta testing of others to be completed or need to roll back to previous stable version
