I switched from 90hz to 60hz too and the battery lasts longer. "Galaxy A16"

Thank you. I also had a battery problem and then changed it to 60hz. Battery life is much better now.

Do you know the necessary steps I can take to claim the Galaxy watch and the bugs since I've been trying on my side but it has been rejecting

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Usually, to claim the Galaxy Watch or Buds from Samsung promotions, you need to:

1. make sure the device you purchased is eligible.

2. Log in with your samsung accoung (not any other account)

3. Go to BENEFITS → find the promotion → tap CLAIM.

4. Upload your proof of purchase clearly showing the store, date, and product.

5. Fill in your delivery details correctly

If it keeps rejecting, double-check that:

The receipt is clear and not cropped.

The purchase date falls within the promo period.

The store is part of Samsung’s official partners.

1. To reduce animations:

Go so setting and search "animations"

Disable it by switching it ON - "Reduce animations"

2. To change refresh rate to 60Hz
Go to setting
Tap diplay

Motion smoothness and enable "standard" This will change to 60Hz

So with these steps followed, you are saving your battery.
