My Experience with the Samsung S24 Ultra After Purchase:

1. Every issue we reported has been met with delays, and the device still hasn't reached top performance in any department.

2. The camera continues to underperform in low light. Photos often appear blurry and noisy—unacceptable for a flagship.

3. Screen-on time (SOT) is not well-optimized and remains a common complaint among S24 Ultra users.

4. When adjusting the equalizer, the sound becomes muffled. If this is the result, what's the point of offering an equalizer at all?

5. Samsung is forcing users to stay on One UI 6 for over a year post-purchase, limiting timely access to updates and improvements.

Previously, there were no real alternatives to Samsung flagships for Android users—switching to iOS was the only option. As someone who prefers Android for its customization, I felt stuck with Samsung.

Now, there are more choices:

For those seeking reliability, Google Pixel offers a solid alternative.

If someone doesn't view Chinese brands as a concern, they can explore powerful options like the Vivo X series, Xiaomi Ultra series, or Oppo Find series.

Samsung risks losing its loyal user base due to poor communication, lack of innovation, and delayed updates. If this continues, users will naturally migrate to brands that listen and deliver.

Yesterday, I started my research and found myself leaning toward the Vivo X200 Pro over the Oppo Find and Xiaomi Ultra. Both lack the HDR performance, highlight control, and dynamic range that the Vivo offers.

That said, software plays a crucial role in daily use, and this is where Vivo falls short. Otherwise, I would've already placed my order.

Currently, I'm considering the Pixel 9 Pro—but with the Pixel 10 launching soon, I’ve decided to wait and choose between the two. As for Samsung, I’ve lost trust in them.

Ironically, Samsung taught us patience. Now, I’ll deal with Samsung using its own weapon—waiting.

I used an iPhone for years, but after the iPhone 7, I switched to Android.

I still have my iPhone 5S-it's a cute, compact phone, so I keep it around for emergencies.

That said, I prefer to stick with Android moving forward.

Vivo and oppo is on works.

Sure Samsung is going to be at loss unless they make their existing customers happy.

The word "happy" feels out of place regarding the current state of the Samsung and its dictionary. Even if they manage to satisfy users by delivering timely updates, in some cases, they should at least communicate clearly and provide firm timelines or commitments regarding ongoing challenges and schedules.

Otherwise, the Google Pixel 9A provides a better and more sustainable solution. Vivo is good in some cases, especially in camera, performance, and fast charging, but it lacks in day-to-day use because of its inferior UI. Funtouch OS is not fun; it just has a peculiar presence among Android skins.
