I bought This Mobile 2 years ago So That's out of Warranty I didn't drop my phone once so it doesn't comes under physical damage right Its A Software Issue

They Told me to back up my data and they will reset the device and reinstall os after that the green line gone means ok or else they told me to replace the screen with frame it comes around 20k its very much expensive I want free replacement please guide me to if u know the procedure

Visit service centre, ensure that no physical damage is there, it will be replaced free of cost
