Huge camera glitch in s10 plus, telephoto lens not working

The telephoto lens of my samsung galaxy s10 plus is simply not working, it is zooming from the normal lens, and no physical damage is there, 

It is a system glitch, 

Okay there is a cache,

The zoom lens is still working but only for pitrait photos only,

For all other purposes it is not working, simply digital zooming is done from other lens.

Those 1st gen telephoto cameras used main camera for zooming if there is not much light. Telephoto of s10+ and the same will only work if there is adequate amount of light so that it can produce a good result
