Hey i literally want replace Samsung Free with Google Discover/Feed on my home screen but i am unable to. Can someone help me out?

You can't, Google Feed isn't supported by your phone. Google Feed is supported only for devices with One UI 3.1 pre installed

My device is S20FE, i bought it on 1st March and i guess it came with OneUI 3.1 pre-installed.. 😐

But it was launched with One UI 2.5

No it was One UI.3.0..
But
Just found out that feature is exclusive for s21, a32, a52, a72, f62 and later released devices...
