My battery life reduced to 30-40 percent , even while on power save mode... Any one else facing the problem??

I want to rollback jan2022 update, how is ot doable 

If i do a factory reset will i get the old build ???

This is probably beacuse your galaxy store is running in the background. Turn it to sleep in device care app and it should be fine.

i hard formatted my device 2 days before.. now no lags or any issue found in my mobile. everything is fine.

Well... after updating, it takes 2-3 days to learn usage pattern and then Samsung algorithm saves "better" battery, according to my experience.

Check Galaxy Store ... Were you using it for 3 hours ?
.
If not, then Force stop it...
From the screen shot that you have attached, it's clear that it's draining the battery (around 48% battery, and the app was active for around 4 hours)
