Just today, both my front and back screen shattered (s8). I tried applying for the galaxy privilege care but I couldnt find the pack or certificate number... I also have lost my receipt as I bought my phone about 4 months ago and forgot to upload the picture of my receipt. I also do not know where to register for my warranty, because I think that the reason my the galaxy privilege care isnt working is because I did not register (I didnt buy the extended warranty pack as I have the manufacturer's warranty for another 8 months) please help me.
