Galaxy S1. Open the Phone App: Go to the Samsung "Phone" app (the default dialer).
2. Go to Recent Calls: Tap on "Recents" or "Call Log" to see your recent calls, including the one that was flagged as potential fraud.
3. Select the Number: Find the number that was marked as "Potential Fraud" or similar, and tap on it.
4. Check Details or Options: Depending on your device and software version, you may see an option like “Details” or an info (three vertical lines) icon. Tap on this to open more details about the call.
5. Mark as Safe or Report Issue: Look for an option to report the number as safe. It may be labeled as "Report" "Mark as safe" or "Remove fraud label" (options vary). In some cases, you may need to select “Report” and then choose an option like “This is not fraud” or “Mark as safe”, alternatively you may like to add a tag name for the number.
6. Confirm: Confirm any prompts to ensure the number is marked as safe.
7. Check Hiya App (Optional): If you have the Hiya app installed directly, you can open it, search for the flagged number, and update its status within the app.
