How to know activation date

I want to know my smartphone activation date to check that my phone is pre used or fresh . Can someone plz help i already used the *#12580*369# but in my case its showing me the manufacturing date which i cross check with my box.

Go to samsung.com and login to your account and after that register your product and you'll be able to see how much warranty is left and warranty starting date is your activation date. Bestvof luck if you bought your device through amazon else there would be no issues I think.

I have purchased my phone from a samsang authorized store on 20 may 2025 but when i have check on website and samsang members app ith show that Warranty start from 24.3.25. What should i do

Bro they might have given you a pre activated phone. At this point you can confront them with this and demand compensation. I was also given a pre activated s23 from amazon and I checked in the same manner and after 1 month of struggle amazon refunded me and took the device after that I again bought from samsung store online which does provide genuine products.

Or it is good idea for ask them toh provide me extended warranty .bcoz the device have no isue and got brand new whwn he unbox me during purchased or should i visit service center regarding this issue

You can ask for extended warranty within 6 months of warranty of the device. Hope they would comply with this. As this is India I have low hopes other than a legal complaint of fraud. I took warranty while purchasing my s23 it is through this process I got to know my device was preactivated as warranty couldn't been activated as it was past 6 months.

Bcoz the replacement or refund could be more challenging. So i think i shoul go for extended warranty.

If they comply with providing extended warranty you can go for it, as for sure they wont replace or refund.
