They haven't opened the public beta testing for OneUI 7 as of now, once they do, You will see a tile for it on the home page in your members application, From there, you will be able to enroll into it

If Beta Update Comes You Can Register Through This Steps:You Will See A Banner in Samsung Member About ONE UI 7 BETA→Register Through It→Your Device Will Start Getting Beta Update.

If you are not a youtuber, blogger, then stay away from the aplha,beta testing. 😂😂
Any issue with beta OS can leave such an expensive device useless.

It's not available now for any Samsung device, but you will be get it soon maybe in few days. When It's available for your's device you will be get a Beta program banner on Samsung Members App,click on it and register yourself on it then go to setting and click on software updates and update your's device.
