You Can Also Remove It Through Good Lock By:-
Download Good Lock→Open Good Lock→NavStar→ then turn on the "Enable Extra Gesture Settings". After that go to the phone settings → Display→Navigation bar→ More options →turn off the "Gesture hint" option.

You Can Also Turn Off Gesture Hint Through Setting

Don't listen to others. You really don't need Good Lock or any other third-party apps to remove that bar. Simply go to settings>display>navigation bar and turn off gesture hint.

Unfortunately, at least from today July 27th of 2024 (maybe it happened sooner), this option is no longer available plainly in the settings without any external app. Will look for the App if it helps....
