How to enable turnoff pin lock in Samsung S10 Plus

Go to device Settings > Lock screen > "Screen lock type" then give existing PIN and then select "Swipe" (No security) from there and done. Screenshots below...

its screen lock setting,
but i want to do when i try to sweetch off.my phone then ask for.pin

When you select "Swipe" to unlock as the screen lock type, it will not ask for a PIN when the device is powered off.

If you ask for "Secure startup" then go to device Settings > Biometrics and security > "Secure startup" and tap on it to turn off.
