How to enable grammarly

I'm using One UI 5 on S21, I can see Grammarly in samsung keyboard but can't enable it. Kindly help anyone.

Check for updates again. It should arrive till now.

I am checking on the daily basis
I also contacted service center they are saying wait till december
But many of our friends already got the update for same model s21

Try contacting samsung customer care on members app once

I just enquired from samsung customer care he is saying for your model samsung has not released the update yet

If they say so, we can guess that samsung might have stopped the roll out or they're rolling it out slowly. You should try waiting till December.

But i am wondering,samsung releases update for same model on same time how can some phone get the update and some not
Is it even possible??

Go to settings > about phone and share the screenshot. It'll help me know your exact model number
