How to enable Bixby text call feature after one ui 5.1

It's showing this error can any one please help me

First download the language pack from the above link.
Next when you turn on the feature, Try to click on language in quick succession. It will open the language page
Then, Click the cancel on download prompt and change the language to US English
It worked for me
