How to delete Other Storage

Am havibg a problem with Other storage , its taking up to 19 GB 

are there any steps to do in order to get rid of it

That's mostly the spftware upgrade and other samsung apps memory

Other file mean not application not system file

Its zip, file rar file, hidden file broken download file, temporary file unsupported videos, unsupported photos ,application back up file and more ......

Go to file manager settings and 1st mark hide file after check all folder one by one and delete all unwanted file

can you provide the actual option names in the phone to be more clear

1.If ur using secure folder inside all files its counting on other file name
2. Whatsapp all voices notes and backup files
3. Not support videos, and photos
4. Zip or rar format file
5. Hidden files

Video, photos, audio and documents only separately showing. Other uncattgarcy files showing on OTHERS)
